Why Is there no “Close Other Windows” option in the Windows Explorer Group Similar on Taskbar?

I would use this feature at minimum 10x times a day.

 

Add The “Close other tabs” in Internet Explorer:

The Windows Explorer Group Similar Taskbar options:
