I use this tool on all of my XP installs. You know XP right.. You’d be surprised how many companies are still using it..
Use: Download and extract .ZIP and run PInstall.bat upon initial startup of Win XP out of Mini-Setup:
FYI, this works well with MDT2010 and 2012.
